The Next New Thing

It seems that technology is moving at a such a fast pace that once I am finished writing my blog this new media will already be invented and become old news. Perhaps that statement is a bit exaggerated. New media comes in all kinds of forms and depending on its existence can have positive and negative effects. However, I really feel that New Media needs to be spread in the business world. It would be great if we could use this new tool as a form of life communication via video with people that are sitting on the other side of the world. This tool will have options to post presentations, spreadsheets, charts, forecasts and outlook for this particular company. As a user you will be able to indicate which information you would like to share with the public and which remains private. This was you will be able to research other companies and learn their business strategies. New Media is mostly used to network or entertainment, but I am sure if taken seriously it could be introduced to the business world as The Next New Thing.
